Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Synergies4, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we’ve outlined a fair cancellation and refund policy for individuals and organizations using our LMS.

1. Course Cancellations (For Individuals)

You may cancel your course enrollment under the following conditions:

Before Course Access:

  • A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any course materials.

After Course Access:

  • If any course content (including videos, assessments, or downloads) has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
  • You may request course transfer or credit toward another Synergies4 course within 14 days of purchase (case-by-case basis).

2. Live Training, Coaching & Webinar Sessions

For Live Virtual or In-Person Sessions:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or session credit.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but a rescheduling request can be made once without penalty.

3. Corporate / Team Enrollments

For group or enterprise packages:

  • A signed agreement or invoice may override this general policy.
  • Corporate clients must notify cancellations at least 7 business days in advance to qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
  • No refunds will be granted for partial team attendance.

4. No-Shows

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session (live or coaching) without prior notice, the session is considered consumed and non-refundable.

5. Course Cancellations by Synergies4

In the rare event that we must cancel a course or session:

  • You will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule or transfer to another program at no additional cost.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Include your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Course or session name
  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

No refunds are issued for:

  • Downloadable content (PDFs, templates, tools)
  • Certification exam fees paid to third parties
  • Custom corporate training packages unless stated otherwise in agreement
